Ingredients
300g spaghetti
3 eggs
1 onion
250ml milk
125g cheese
tomatoes (fresh or tinned)
Method
Boil spaghetti. Put a layer in a greased casserole dish. Sprinkle on some chopped raw onion grated cheese and sliced tomato. Repeat until spaghetti is finished.
Whip the eggs in 250ml milk and season with salt and pepper. Pour over the spaghetti Cover with grated cheese and decorate with tomato slices.
Bake for one hour in a low oven
