Ingredients

250 g butter/marge

1 ½ cups (i.e. 1 cup = 250 ml) flour

2 cups brown sugar

3-4 eggs

¾ cup cocoa powder

vanilla essence


Method

Melt marge. Put the cocoa and the sugar into Magimix, and blend. Pour in the melted marge, mix well and then add the eggs and vanilla. Lastly the flour. Spoon out into large roasting pan.

Bake about 180°C (350℉) for about 20 min. Till lighter in colour. Do not over-cook!

Cut into squares when cool. Store in tin in fridge.
