Ingredients
250g good quality chocolate
4 large eggs
2 tbs Nescafe (ie 1 tbs and 2 tbs water)
2 tbs castor sugar
150-200ml cream
Method
(May be prepared 24hrs in advance)
Melt chocolate in a bowl over boiling water. Cool. Beat in yolks then coffee, and vanilla.
Whisk whites to soft peaks and add sugar little by little. Add 1/3 whites to chocolate and then gently fold in rest. Fold in whipped cream. Chill in serving bowl or individual dishes
