Ingredients
1pkt tennis biscuits
100g butter
3 level teaspoons syrup
37.5ml drinking chocolate
Topping
150g chocolate
Method
Crush biscuits. Melt butter and syrup. Remove from heat and add in crumbs and drinking chocolate. Mix well. Press into tin. Refrigerate. Melt chocolate over saucepan of hot water or microwave. When melted spread evenly over base.
Cut into squares when cool.
