Ingredients

1 pkt Marie biscuits

½ cup sugar

1 egg

¼ lb marge

1 tsp vanilla

1 cup mixed cake fruit


Method

Crumb biscuits. Melt marge and sugar. Add fruit or dates and boil for 3 min. Add beaten eggs or essence. Boil gently for 2 min.

Press into a greased tin or flat bottomed dish and place in fridge.
