Ingredients

500 ml cream

2 eggs

1 tin condensed milk (or 200 g sugar completely previously dissolved in 200 g/ml hot milk)

1 tsp vanilla

Optional flavouring ideas

1 dstp honey

1 tablespoon of normal ground coffee beans

zest of one lime


Method

If possible, start with very cold ingredients (0℃).

Beat cream till thick (in container to be frozen).

Add other ingredients.

Freeze.

Optionally, blend every 45 mins, until frozen.
