Ingredients
4 whole lemons
4 whole eggs
300 g white sugar
100g butter
1 tsp custard powder (heaped)
Method
Melt butter in large microwaveable bowl.
In another bowl beat sugar and eggs with custard powder.
Grate lemons finely, and squeeze out juice (200ml approx.).
Put everything into the melted butter and stir well.
Microwave for about 5 min, but be sure to stir well every minute!!
