Ingredients
1 cup flour (heaped) (250 ml)
1 cup sugar
1 heaped tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla, pinch of salt
2 Tbs melted butter
3 eggs - separated
1 litre milk
cinnamon (optional)
Method
Mix sugar with melted butter and egg yolks till smooth.
Add vanilla.
Mix baking powder and salt into flour, and then stir in with the milk and stiffly beaten egg whites.
Pour into a large roasting pan and sprinkle cinnamon on top if you like.
Bake at about 160℃ for about an hour till set.
