Ingredients
250 ml flour
10 ml baking powder
pinch salt
30 g marge
25 ml castor sugar
1 egg and milk made up to 100ml
Method
Sieve flour , baking powder and salt.
Stir in sugar.
Rub in marge.
Add eggs and milk gradually to form a soft dough.
Knead dough gently on a floured table.
Pat out.
Cut out with scone cutter.
Place on baking sheet (make tall).
Bake for 10-15min at 180℃.
